
Better sleep with EFT tapping
EFT tapping is a technique that combines talk therapy with tapping on meridian points to clear any blocks that stop us from achieving what we would like, in this case, restful restorative sleep. Participants will learn EFT tapping including where the points are and how to come up with the words to use. We’ll have some discussion about our current relationships with sleep and do some tapping that reflects what comes up for the group.
We’ll then bring the focus to sleep routines and do some tapping for the possibility that we know what would serve us best but aren’t doing it, perhaps self sabotaging in some way. Our final tapping will be around feeling safe to sleep, ensuring that we are able to trust that it’s safe to leave our tasks and worries to be dealt with in the daytime.
